[Lcdproc] imonlcd progress bar do not turn on after 0x0 command

I think I figured it out:
send an output value to set the bars.
clear everything with 0x00
send the SAME output value to set the bars
the bars do not update because the driver still has the first command
to set the bars as the cached value.
If you use a different output value to set the bars (longer or
shorter), they should light up, right?
