Hi,

there is a driver for displays once made by Wirz (sli driver [1]) which
was acquired by Parallax years ago. I have no knowledge if today's
devices will work, but comparing the 'product documentation for 2x16 and
4x20 character serial LCD displays' [2] with the code in our driver it
will not work.

Writing a new driver should not be too difficult as the device uses a
simple ASCII protocol.
