[Lcdproc] imonlcd and 0038 breakage...

Finally got everything updated to the latest version.  Had to wipe and start from scratch to get it where it needed to be.  So far, so good.

Thanks for all the help.  Will update if situation goes bad.

That's an iMON LCD. Their VFD don't have all the icons. (I have an iMON 
LCD myself, the display there is identical).
