[Lcdproc] imonlcd server driver with icon support

Attached is a header file for the imonlcd font based on t6963_font.h and Dean's original imonlcd font structure.

Turns out t6963_font is derived from the CP437 character set, which probably isn't ideal.

Does anyone know what character set is assumed by lcdproc?  I.e., in a call to *_chr(), what encoding is assumed for ch?
