[Lcdproc] imonlcd server driver with icon support

Attached is the updated patches to CVS, which include Eric's changes to 
which font is used (and a couple o' typos we found).  I've taken the liberty of 
naming this v0.5 of the imonlcd patch.
 
Since the list moderator wouldn't approve my putting both patches into one e-mail, 
the patch for 0.5.2 will be in a following e-mail.

Aesthetically, I prefer Dean's font choices (v0.4).  The colon is a pixel 
higher.  The progress bars are only 4 pixels high.
 
The t6963 font change (v0.5) also causes the right hand side of the "screen" to 
get clipped off.  About 2 pixels worth.  Very noticeable with a real heart 
beating on the right hand side.  Additionally, there's something weird with the 
progress bar - noticeable in lcdproc's CPU screen.  With the new font, there's a 
strange "beta" character hiding behind the progress bar, and the progress bar 
jumps in 6 pixel increments (a character).  With Dean's fonts (v0.4), the 
progress bars move in 1 pixel increments.

These are probably just slight code changes, but I prefer the 0.4 patch for now.

Again, I've only tested this on my 15c2:ffdc display with no client, lcdproc 
client, and mythlcdserver.

mythlcdserver really doesn't like some of the other changes in the current CVS.  
Works fine with patched 0.5.2.
