[Lcdproc] SMP CPU monitor counts I/O wait as CPU usage

Hi,

for some time the Linux lcdproc CPU screens did not report CPU load 
correctly as one user noticed:

Attached is a change that should fix it. As I don't run Linux, please 
test and if necessary correct it.

Note that I decided to make the additional variables local instead of 
extending /load_type/ as they are Linux specific.
