[Lcdproc] Patch: smpload support for FreeBSD

Hi,

While working on the 'lcdproc' client I found that it does not support 
more than 1 CPU for the 'smpload' ('P) screen on FreeBSD. Some month ago 
and now available with FreeBSD 7.1 a new kernel function was introduced 
which allows easy retrieving of the cpu load for every cpu.

Attached is a patch which adds support for the smpload screen for FreeBSD.

Please test and report and errors.
