[Lcdproc] support for the ft245B in hd44780-ftdi

Hi Everybody,
I've got my hands on some nice adapters with a FTDI FT245B chip on them. 
I want to drive an LCD with it so I'm going to adapt the hd44780-ftdi 
driver to allow for this chip as well. I guess I'll add an option to 
specify which chip it is and have that default to the currently 
supported chip.

Is anyone working on this already and/or has thoughts on the subject, 
I'm listening.
