[Lcdproc] lcdident.pl - a minor update

All,

After noodling around a bit today, I've spruced up the POD
documentation for lcdident.pl and bumped up its minor version number.
I haven't changed any of the functionality of the code, but if you
care to use it as a starting point for your own clients, this version
(1.05) is slightly better.

I'll probably incorporate these documentation changes to my other
simple clients before sharing them.
