[Lcdproc] Imon pad too sensitive

Since that portion of the Soundgraph iMon has little or nothing to do with 
lcdproc and everything to do with lirc, you may want to post in a lirc list. 
Since we are in the wrong list for remote devices anyway, I have used the 
iMon pad myself and I tried everything to make it not drive me crazy, I wound 
up using a different remote and receiver altogether yet using lcdproc for the 
VFD display, in fact using a different remote and receiver has no effect at 
all on the imon lcdproc driver.
