[Lcdproc] Patches for NoritakeVFD driver

I have committed parts of your patch to CVS but before I continue adding 
further parts, I want to make sure the code in NoritakeVFD_set_char()
is correct.

If possible I'd like to change it to use bitmasks for the icons (as in vrious 
other drivers) and I am currently not sure whether you currently get
- a correct picture 
- the picture is mirrored.

If you get a correct picture would you mind to make the heat beat icon
asymmetric (by changing one of its pixels) and check whether the compiled
version has the changed pixel on the same side than the code.
