Yet another part of the lcdexec item in the ToDo list ;-)
Sorry, not yet.

My ideas about that go along the following lines:
- Use variables in the "Exec" option of an entry
  I.e. something like 
     Exec:  /usr/bin/command %IP
- Have a section named like the variable name
  that defines the input screen further
- Whenever a menu entry with variables is called,
  it is checked for variables.
  All variable screens are displayed for setting the variables
  (in a dynamically generated list of screens attached to the
   menu entry to allow jumping back and forth)
  After all Variables are set, the variables get replaced 
  with their values set in the screens and the command gets executed.

But it has not gone further than this state yet.

Help is very welcome.
