[Lcdproc] How can I disable the internal client?

I need to disable the internal client so that no menu system can ever
show up except the one from my client.  Can I do this without changing
any of the code in LCDd?

My client uses 'menu_set_main' to point to my menu system, and this
works in most cases to hide the internal client menu.  But, for example,
if the internal menu is active when the 'men_set_main' is done, you
still see the internal menu.
