[Lcdproc] disabling internal LCDd menu

Not at all. I just disabled the creation of the internal menu. In the  
next version (as written), it's also possible to let the main menu be  
created (my LCDd) on which lcdexec sits, so input events are  
interpreted by lcdexec. This way it's working for as straight forward  
as it can be.
