I have had only a short look at your driver, when the
restriction to version 2 of the GPL stopped me cold.

I make some checks on the other parts of the LCDproc code
and it looks like it is locensed under a "GPL version 2 or
any later version" locense.

If possible, I'd like to keep it that way.

Would you mind to re-license your driver to that license ?
