[Lcdproc] Anyone ever work with an AX6120AA/SED1520-driven Graphic LCD?

Hello, all,
A while back, I posted a query here about this mystery module I found
- it's tag identifies it as a UMSH-7168JD-YG, it's about the physical
size of a 2x16 character display, and has a *20* pin interface. I got
it in a grab bag of electronics, but I've seen identical ones for sale
for around $5 at Hamfests in Ohio as recently as this April.
After a bit of digging, I think it's a United Radiant Technologies
122x32 graphic LCD with an AX6120 controller chip that resembles this

As best I can tell, it seems that the AX6120 is equivalent to a
SED1520. I've already found this page -
http://www.usblcd.de/lcdproc/sed1520.php4 with a couple of schematics,
so it seems obvious how to hook it up, but I'm wondering if it's worth
going to that much effort.
Does anyone have pictures of one of these small graphical displays
emulating a textual 20x4 display? Alternately, since fewer and fewer
machines have parallel ports, does anyone know of a USB or
serial-interface microcontroller that acts as a go-between for LCDproc
and *graphic* panels (I already have an usb2lcd interface right next
to me, driving a 40x4 textual display, but its USB protocol really
isn't suitable for driving graphic modules).
The one thing I can say for this UMSH-7168JD is that it's small. When
I first saw it, I thought it was a 2-line text display. I haven't
checked the dimensions of the PCB yet, but it might fit in a
single-height drive bay, unlike my Matrix Orbital 20x4.
Thanks for any feedback.
