So, you say that the new code with all my changes works if you only revert the 
latest changes to the Set_Insert() function?

This is really weird.

Did you re-compile the driver after applying the fix above ?

Did you test is with both, the graphical and the text mode display? Do they 
behave the same?

Can it be a timing problem?
Maybe there is a need for a usleep(whatever) at the end of the "new" 
Set_Insert()?
What do the hardware guys at CwLinux say ?
