[Lcdproc] LCDexec with MtxOrb display

Peter,
I can't see any menu at all (I don't even understand what a server menu is).
It seems like I'm missing something pretty basic. I've pressed all 7
buttons on my display - but nothing happens. My LCDd.conf is below, can you
see something I'm missing?

LCDexec only shows up in the server's menu.
Pressing Escape (it depends upon the key mapping in the [mtxorb] section
which one of the 6 keys on an MO display is mapped to Escape) should make
the menu show up.
If you do not see a line for lcdexec, simply try the down / up keys to
scroll through the menu entries.
