[Lcdproc] LCDexec with MtxOrb display

LCDexec only shows up in the server's menu.
Pressing Escape (it depends upon the key mapping in the [mtxorb] section
which one of the 6 keys on an MO display is mapped to Escape) should
make the menu show up.
If you do not see a line for lcdexec, simply try the down / up keys to scroll
through the menu entries.
