asm/* is both Linux and architecture specific. Userspace applications=20
shouldn't include those directly.

Assuming the include path you use is right, it is very well possible that
uClibc's copy of termios.h doesn't include the right system/architecture
specific files but that would be something to be fixed in uClibc.

Have you compared uClibc's termios.h to that of glibc and checked it does=20
the right thing? Alternatively, you can of course leave those patches in=20
your tree and in the lcdproc list archives for reference.
