Patches welcome ;-)
But I guess it is rather complex to change since the server screen is
shown not only at startup, but also when there is no client connected.
I.e. it is also shown when the last client has terminated but
the server continues to run.
In this case as well as in the startup case, something needs to be shown
to tell the user thet LCDd is running.
