Hi list,

to meet popular demands, I have made the message, that the server sends
at exit, configurable.

The config file option for this is called GoodBye in the [Server] section.
Details on how to use it can be found in the user's guide.

Contrary to the solutions proposed before this implementation works correct 
with displays at heights != 2.
