[Lcdproc] Contrast with serdisp

Hi,

I successfully made it to access HP12542R (Pollin, SED 1565 controller).

The LCD is graphical, but it's supported by 
glcdprocdriver->graphlcdlib->serdisplib; a bit complicated, but it works.

The only problem I had was the contrast:

LCDproc (or the glcdlib driver) uses 0..100, but the serdisplib uses 0..10.

So one should know to use only 0..10 in LCDd.conf... perhaps someone could fix 
this, preferable someone who knows _where_ to fix it in the different 
drivers...
