Anyway ..
Since the "tail client" is tail.pl ... looks like it's need perl.
I'll try it anyway .
But my plan is with small Linux Distro, so I still looking for a solution
that don't need external interpreter.

Hmmm ... I wish there is a "client" that Act as "Pseudio device" .. so we
can just "# echo "bla" >/dev/lcdproc/line1" ... when we want to simply write
1 static line to first line of LCD.
