[Lcdproc] driver for LCD2USB

Hi list,

thanks to Michael Reinelt from the LCD4Linux team, who provided me with
a completely soldered LCD2USB device, I was able to write a driver for 
Till Harbaum's LCD2USB (http://www.harbaum.org/till/lcd2usb/).

Currently the driver is realised as a new
	ConnectionType=lcd2usb
to the HD44780 driver and supports the basis features all 
HD44780 drivers support (no support for the keys yet).

Contrast and brightness can be set at startup time using
configuration options
	Contrast=XXX
	Brightness=YYY
where XXX resp. YYY are integers in the range [0, 1000].

The driver is in the MAIN branch of the CVS.

Pavel (and others with an interest in this driver), please test.

Michael,
please let me cover your expenses. I do not want you to spend
your money and time for LCDproc and get nothing in return.
