[Lcdproc] CVS changes for CF63* users

Hi folks,

I have just committed a few patches to CVS that make life easier for the users 
of a CF631 or CF635:

You do not need to set the CFONTZ633_WRITE_DELAY any more.
I have reveresed the logic:
* If it is not defined, it will default to 250.
* To explicitely turn it off you need to define it to 0
   via CPPFLAGS="-DCFONTZ633_WRITE_DELAY=0"

And there is no need to define SEAMLESS_HBARS using the 
	CPPFLAGS="-DSEAMLESS_HBARS" 
kludge any more. Simply do:
	configure --enable-seamless-hbars ....

Please tests with tonight's (tomorrow's) tar ball
