[Lcdproc] Matrix Orbital LCD backlight starts blinking

If you are using the "Load" screen in the lcdproc client, this is probably not 
a bug but a feature.

Depending on the load the backlight is switched on, off or blinking.
This is controlled by the compile time definitions LOAD_MIN and 
LOAD_MAX in config.h
