[Lcdproc] eyebox driver : blinking backlight

I believe that lcdproc no longer reads it's screens from the command line.
Instead, check /usr/local/etc/lcdproc.conf

If you use a RH based distro (fedora/centos/red hat) then I just updated the
startup scripts to point this out. I don't know when they get into the
nightly build - but check back.

Noticed this, too.

Quoting Peter from [1]:
"If you are using the "Load" screen in the lcdproc client, this is
probably not a bug but a feature.

Depending on the load the backlight is switched on, off or blinking.
This is controlled by the compile time definitions LOAD_MIN and
LOAD_MAX in config.h"

Bye,

Robert
