[Lcdproc] Release 0.5.1 ?

Speaking of things to do before 0.5.1 can get out. I don't know how the
nightlies from http://lcdproc.sourceforge.net/nightly/ are being
created, but right now they are missing the latest docbook files:
/lcdproc/docs/lcdproc-user/drivers/{g15.docbook,eyeboxone.docbook,
MD8800.docbook}.

Also, /lcdproc/docs/lcdproc-user/drivers/Makefile.am is inconsistent
with the directories content.

Finally, I didn't get the docs to compile with docbook2html, but only
with xmlto. If that is a general problem, the "docbook2html" hint should
be removed from README.docbook (and the new INSTALL file should be
updated to reflect that xmlto is needed).
