[Lcdproc] CF631 and LCDproc 0.5

Maybe I need to check with CFontz the % of peaple with Hw/Fw version 1.0
compare to those with version 2.0.

Also having both documentation to see what is missing from 1.0 compare
to 2.0 might help.

All in all, I might be the only one with a 1.0 version... I can always
make my own fork of LCDproc so it might not be interesting to implement
version detection and change the behaviour depending on the version of
the hardware.
