[lcdproc] configure in CVS

Sorry! I forgot about autoconf.

But autoconf returns several errors :(

Could anybody tell me how get things from CVS compiled *please*?

BTW I've modified my driver according to the changes in MtxOrb.c
Unfortunately I can't test it :(
