[lcdproc] CVS Update

The newest version of LCDproc in CVS now supports configuration files
and multiple input sources. Perhaps you all can test it and make sure it
works right.

I incorporated the changes for autoconf of the SVGAlib driver, made some
fixes, and added autoconf support for an upcoming Toshiba T6963 driver.

The previously posted changes for using the SVGAlib driver were not
enough, as the SVGAlib driver also requires new libraries (libvga and
libvgagl).  I added a check for libvga, but just added the libvgagl
driver if libvga is present.  Perhaps someone could fix this hack? 
Please?

The SVGAlib driver DOES have a problem with the font apparently, or
something - run lcdproc with the SVGAlib driver and the "C" display
shows a mess - apparently something isn't being cleared or the
characters aren't all the same size or something.
