[lcdproc] QA: Smoke tests & bugzilla?

I still have a reasonably clean debian machine here, that i've also 
used to test my own stuff. The problem is probably that we cannot test 
all for all. In my case I can only test HD44780 on debian... I _can_ 
however test all kinds of HD44780 interfaces on several different 
displays.
