[lcdproc] Another bug? (in CVS)

I noticed a new SVGAlib driver for output, but nothing in the configure
script mentions this driver.  It would also be nice to see a list of
supported drivers in ./configure --help or somewhere easy to get at.

It would also be nice to prevent lack of IrMan libraries and lirc
libraries from killing a Make - as these may come up in using "all" for
the drivers to load...
