They're not. You've been spewing patches frequently so I'm waiting for
you to finish up and say "this is good to go!" :)
It's better if you commit them yourself :)

If you're committing 'em, sure! Just let us know you've made a commit and
everybody can do as they please from that point on.
I added you as a developer, btw, so you should have CVS access now.
