<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; Bruno, can you please check the BIOS version of your CrystalFontz display?
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; I'm trying to figure out why so many other people are working fine, and the
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; brand new display I bought needed a totally new driver...
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;I received the new LCD displays yesterday, and they work fine with
<DIV></DIV>&gt;LcdProc/linux. My CrystalFontz bios version is : KD204-634v1.3 (It's a
<DIV></DIV>&gt;20x4 backlit display).
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;What exactly is your Bios version, and have you tested it with the
<DIV></DIV>&gt;windows test program you can find on crystalfontz's web site ?
<DIV></DIV>&gt;

<DIV>I think mine is the 1.3, but for some reason I remember seeing a 1.7... It worked great with the windows test program.&nbsp; Checked back.&nbsp; Downloaded the most recent source.&nbsp; Had to make a few minor changes... there's some impolite behaviour in the default clients... other than that, it worked great.&nbsp; Maybe I was just using some outdated source...</DIV><br clear=all><hr>Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at <a href="http://explorer.msn.com">http://explorer.msn.com</a><br></p></html>
