[lcdproc] FreeBSD v4.2

Alright, I will pick up the FreeBSD port.  I'm going to work with the 0.4p9 
version and
lurk on the design issues until I get caught up.  I do not want to slow 
down the
discussion.  I have yet to order my LCD screen yet, so that is a small draw 
back, but
I will take care of that Monday when I'm at work.

I actually have the entire thing compiling and the problems have ALL been 
Makefile
and configure related.

Who is in charge of the Makefiles and Configure scripts?
