[lcdproc] Multi screen support

This has been done for the HD44780 parallel port driver but AFAIK it hasn't
been done for the other drivers.

FYI, the number of displays that the parallel port driver can use is
dependent upon the way the displays are connected (you are limited by the
number of physical connections). I've tested up to 7 16x2 character displays
:-).
