[lcdproc] "named pipe" is different from /dev/lcd kernel code .

Technically, when you open a library twice, it will actually return the
handle to the already opened copy. So one instance will control all MtxOrb
displays, etc. It really isn't that difficult to code the library this way
to keep count, and if you think about it, if you drive more displays, say
3 CrystalFontz displays as someone wants to do, LCDproc will become more
efficient with its memory usage. :)
