[lcdproc] Cursors on Matrix Orbital displays....

I noticed that the Matrix Orbital displays have the following commands
on the BLK202-25

cursor on
cursor off
cursor left
cursor right
cursor blink on
cursor blink off

How difficult would it be to add these to the driver (not looked yet). I
could really use them. If it's a big job I might not implement it but if
it's straight forward then it'll scratch a big itch for me at the
moment.
