You'll get a very clean signal by using Cat-5 10Base-T cable and adding a
RJ45-to-DB9 adapter to each end.  Get the kind that let you do the pinouts
yourself; they're available at Radio Shack (expensive) or your local
wiring/electronics company.

I've run Wyse dumb terminals up to 250' using this method.
