[lcdproc] automake/autoconf patch

Now this is fixed (by copying autoconf macros from the Midnight
Commander, which in turn has copied from GNU fileutils :)
There seems to be other variants of the statfs functions than the
two currently handled by lcdproc. These could be added when
someone askes for them. The autoconf macros already check which
variant is available.

The lcdproc code does not depend on defining xBSD or LINUX anymore
(except when printing the server goodbye screen). It would be
nice if someone using eg. BSD would test this out when the code
becomes available.
