[lcdproc] I'll get it right eventually

Hi all,
	I have hopefully fixed some problems since my last bit of code to
handle split screens so if you want to try it its at

one thing I have notice is that the 'T' screen of lcdproc seems to crash on
a 16x4 display and the main.c code does not seem to support 1 line displays.
Any reasons for this?  1 line can still be handy.
