[lcdproc] HD44780 and pre9 II

Hi,
That code of andrew really rocks, i don't know how a MO performs, to
damn expensive, but it really is fast.

My only question at the moment is, how to remove the lcdserver screen
which displays the number of clients and screens, it's really bugging
me.
