I just fixed this, and re-uploaded a fixed package.

I have no idea where the "ioperm" function is supposed to be
included from.  I've added a line with "#include <sys/perm.h>",
so let me know if it works.

That's a bug in the makefiles.  I really should switch over to
autoconf/automake soon..  :)


Anyway, let me know if the updated version works.
