[lcdproc] 20x4 LCD

any one have a good place to buy a (possibly used)
20x4 or 40x4 LCD (with led or el backlight) or VFD??

I have tried all the places I can think of and they all 
seem to be out of stock 
MPAJ 
Alltronics 
Jameco (don't carry them)
MECI

I would like to find one for a reasonable price 
(i.e. not $80). I just got the ULIOC working but
found out the 20X4 lcd I bought for this is dead
(replaced the HD44780 and still dead quad flat packs sux)
The ULIOC works fine with a 2x16 I had laying around
but that is not what I have the front bezel and buttons
laid out for....
