[lcdproc] +5V ???

Hi there !

Sorry, but I lost all my LCDproc-Mails, so i don't know if this question is
already answered:
I build a external case for my LCD, now the only problem is where i can get
+5V ?
I thought about the joyport of my soundcard, or the keyboard connector...
Can any of these be used ?
My LCD has no voltage regulator on it.
