[lcdproc] Wiring questions

I have the same module.  But mine uses a 5V backlight.  I don't know where
the 12/13V comse from...

Yes

Nope.  Use the 5V feed

I used a 10k pot.

a HD44780 specific system.  I ported that code into lcdproc a while ago, but
I'm not sure if it's in the current baseline yet or not.  If not, 
contact me for the patches.
