[lcdproc] lcdproc web interface

Hi,

Why not give lcdproc a web interface, or someone with some
cgi/javascript
experience write a script to take text output and put it onto a web
page.

And since that would be cool, why not have the capability to talk to 2
drivers
at once, like "lcdproc -l "lcd" -l web"
