[lcdproc] IRQ phenomenon ?

Interrupts suck.
(The problem has been fixed as much as possible as far as I can tell)
The thing works while on com 3 sharing an interrupt with the mouse, (and even
on the same irq as the isdn adapter) but one (when in use) interferes with the
other.
i.e. :either mouse is jerky or display is jerky.
Agh. I need to get a ps/2 port for this board that TYAN didn't include.
